Today I decided to bake some eclairs, chocolate eclairs and vanilla eclairs. That was the first time I tested them in Australia, and everything went quite well.

The chocolate eclairs are delicious, good presentation so I am happy.

Vanilla eclairs, presentation wise, I struggled with the fondant patissier, so I have to improve it.
Taste wise : THIS IS THE BEST ECLAIR I ever ate in my life, I am really impressed by the recipe I just created :)
