The very good French affordable bottle of Champagne, that I used to open when my friends came over for a chat after school, and kids playing.

spread a big peace on a toasted walnut bread and add some white spring onion
Fraisier, sponge with strawberries,butter cream and covered by marzipan...this one is coming from my friend's pastry shop.
Chouquettes were my favourite after school, all the kids love that !
